Very professional and attentive service by both Deisy and David. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and they processed the paperwork in record time. Also they have a scooter that they use to get from the counter to the car lot reducing the wait and also kind of cool. They made sure to check on the pico y placa (restricted days for driving in Bogota) for me and had clear directions for drop off. Top notch team!
