EDIT: After a few more rentals at this location, I am raising my rating as I’ve had a great experience after the initial one. Brady at the front has amazing customer service, thanks very much.
OLD: So close to a perfect experience, but a few small things went wrong. The pick-up was seamless, the agent at the counter was super friendly, and the car was clean with no issues. However, drop off was an entirely different experience. The agent was rude and unfriendly. Later, I noticed that the total charge on the final invoice was different than the one agreed to at pick-up. The location did not pick up the phone, so I called corporate, who quickly fixed the invoice and credited the difference. Although I am pleased it was resolved, I’m not sure how it’s even possible to change the daily rate agreed upon after having already prepaid for a reservation.
