I must first say that in general I love sixt! Experience at Sofia airport was great . Mr. Delchev was very friendly and accomodating. I chose the lucky dip car hoping for a high end car. Although I was a little disappointed in not getting one I have no complaints since Mr. Delchev gave me the choice of any car that they had. The car we chose was the best available and it was fine. Again, service was great and it was clear to me that the best interest of the customer was important to Mr Delchev. In and out in no time! Thank you!!

Excellent service. Charges exactly as expected. Deposit amount was a hold on my credit card, which was reversed promptly later the same day after the car return. No pressured upselling for their higher insurance, accepting that I have my own car hire excess annual policy. The counter staff advised me to check the car carefully and take a video/pics at pickup and return. Pick up was quick and efficient. The company next to Sixt had a long long queue! Will definitely use them again when in Sofia.
