I recently rented a vehicle from Sixt Innsbruck. Vehicle was good, pick up and return was easy.
Update: I had an issue related to a refund which Sixt was able to resolve later after a series of communication.

Friendly and great customer service. Instructions given were clear and concise. Security deposit was refunded within 2 days after dropping off the car. My experience with SIXT at Innsbruck was good, and will use their services again.

I had amazing experience with Sixt rental. I had booked a Mini countryman but unfortunately it wasn’t available that time. They upgraded me to Audi for free :)
