Great customer service every time! The cars are usually in excellent condition, although occasionally a bit dirtier on the outside than expected, but the quality of service makes up for it. Last time, I got a fantastic upgrade from Denny, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service 🚗👏. The return process is always smooth, and I’ve never had any issues. The out-of-hours drop-off is super convenient too – just park in the designated bays, drop the keys in the box, and you get an automatic email confirmation, which gives great peace of mind 📧🔑. The location is also perfect, right by multiple bus lines and the train station, making it very accessible 🚉🚌. Overall, highly recommend this SIXT branch for both great cars and fantastic service!
